guest room attendants

Once known as housekeeping, the role of a guest room attendant goes beyond just cleaning. It’s about creating a space where guests feel safe, comfortable, and welcome. Attention to detail, cleanliness, and friendly guest interaction are key to our resort’s success.

reservations

Our Reservations team is the first point of contact at The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort, providing guests with essential information on rates, packages, room types, amenities, and activities. As central communicators, they guide potential guests in choosing Shawnee for their next vacation.

food & beverage

Known for exceptional dining, whether at one of our eight on-site eateries or a group event, our food and beverage staff play a key role in exceeding guest expectations.
