ShawneeCraft is hosting their second annual Oktoberfest this September 19th through the 22nd. This year’s festival is free to attend, but there is a small fee for participation in the Steinholding Competition.

Thursday, September 19th
Launch of ShawneeCraft 2024 Oktoberfest Amber Lager: Free Pour for Friends of the Craft Mug Club Members. Oktoberfest is a clean and crisp, amber lager made with German inspiration and ingredients grown right here in the USA. Expect malt forward notes of caramel, biscuits, and warm crusty bread, balanced perfectly with a light touch of bittering hops, and fermented cold and long over the course of many weeks. ABV 5.2%

Oktoberfest Food Specials
Chef Rob with the ShawneeCraft Kitchen has put together several specials to go along with this year’s Oktoberfest celebration. Check them out below. We think they all sound delicious!!!
“Beer Brat Sandwich”– Beer brat sauteed with beer braised onions and served in a Bavarian pretzel bun with Dusseldorf style mustard
“Sauerbraten Dinner”– marinated German Rhineland style beef roast, topped with a Gingersnap and golden raisin gravy, served with our homemade braised red cabbage with apple and hand shredded potato and onion pancake.
“Best of the Wursts Dinner”– Trio of the finest Brat, Weiss and Baurenwursts served with our homemade braised red cabbage with apple and hand shredded potato and onion pancake.
“Apple Strudel”– served either chilled or warm with our fresh bourbon whipped cream.
