Just steps from the Delaware River, the Evergreen House is a premium Pocono cabin rental experience.

The cottage includes four separate quarters with six total bedrooms and six total bathrooms that can be sold separately or as a whole unit to accommodate parties of up to 24.

Two of the Evergreen House rooms feature two double beds, a private entrance and private bathroom with shower. Each of these double double rooms sleeps up to four people.

The Evergreen Suite is a two bedroom suite with living room area. There is a flat screen TV in the living area, as well as flat screen TV in each bedroom. Each bedroom has two double beds and a private bathroom. There is a half-bathroom accessible from the living area. The Evergreen Suite can sleep up to 8 people.

The Evergreen with three double beds has two double beds in the main area and a separate room with an additional one double bed. There is one private bathroom as well as a private entrance. The Evergreen with three double beds can accommodate up to 6 people. This room can also connect to the Evergreen Suite, if the suite is sold to the same guest.

Parking for the Evergreen is located next to the building.
